Who we are
Lokichoggio Emuriakin Development Organization (LEDO Kenya) is a community-rooted initiative transforming lives in Turkana County and beyond.
Founded in 2011, we focus on education, empowerment, WASH, gender equality, child protection, peacebuilding, and climate resilience. Guided by Christian values, we empower communities to rise above poverty and build lasting change.

Breaking barriers to learning through schools, scholarships, ICT training and student support

Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education to communities.
Gender & Child Protection
Protecting rights, promoting equality and peace initiatives, and raising a no corruption generation.
Economic Empowerment
Improving livelihood by equipping individuals with vocational and skills training and small enterprises start up for sustainable income.
Climate & Environment
Practicing climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, green livelihoods, and environmental conservation.

Providing evangelism, humanitarian aid for vulnerable groups, medical support, and special needs programs.
